Terms & Conditions

Deposits:

We require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure all appointments. This amount will remain on your account as a holding fee. 

If you need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will remain on your account as a holding fee for future bookings but it cannot be refunded or transferred. Deposits are also not eligible to be used on retail products.

Cancellations/No Show:
At I Am Hair & I Am Nails we value your time and we hope you value ours. We send a reminder text 4 days in advance to allow enough time if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule. If you do not provide us with at least 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up your deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to turn up, you will be required to pay 50% of your next service at the time of booking to secure another appointment.

If you are a no show or 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will also be charged 50% of the missed appointment cost

Refunds/Returns:
We do not offer refunds on hair, nail or retail products or services. Please contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair or nails and require an adjustment. This must be booked within one week of your initial service.

We will accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Contact us via email to arrange for damaged goods to be replaced.

 

We understand and appreciate our guests are busy, as are we.

If you are running late to your appointment please call the salon. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a forfeited deposit and no show fee as appointments are scheduled consecutively after each other. 

Please know at this stage unfortunately we can not have additional guests in salon. Please attend your appointment alone.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges on Retail Products

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased, whether in-store or online.

All sales are final.

Product Descriptions and Information:

We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including descriptions and specifications. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

The images of the products displayed on our website or in-store are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely represent the actual product.
