Cancellation Policy

At I Am Hair we value your time and we hope you value ours, so we require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or appointment change. You will need to contact the salon to make these changes so we can accommodate to all our guests needs. Our SMS service will text you 4 days prior to your appointment so please text back YES or contact the salon for any other changes.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and can not be transferred. This is redeemable toward your service. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel/make changes to your appointment or you fail to turn up your deposit will be forfeited.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. 


Any client who cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time or simply does not turn up will have their deposit forfeited. After your first appointment your card details will be recorded in our secure system, failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a $100 fee.

We understand and appreciate our guests are busy, as are we.

If you are running late to your appointment please call the salon. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a forfeited deposit or fee as appointments are scheduled consecutively after each other.

Please know at this stage unfortunately we can not have additional guests in salon. Please attend your appointment alone.
